Every piece from Hello, Ellie is carefully handmade. Please note that current processing time is 1-3 weeks, excluding ready to ship items (which ship within a week). This is an estimated time frame and most items ship SOONER than anticipated. If you need an exact shipping date, please inquire PRIOR to purchase.
Domestic and International orders will ship via USPS First-Class mail with the option to upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout.
Rush Orders + Expedited Shipping
Every effort will be made to get your order to you by the date you need it. Rush orders and expedited shipping are available at an additional fee. Please inquire prior to purchase.
Unfortunately Hello, Ellie does not accept returns or refunds, due to the fact that most items are made to order.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless the buyer and seller come to a mutual agreement. If you are unsure about purchasing for any reason, please contact me PRIOR to purchase with any questions or concerns to rule out the need for cancellation/refund.

You will receive USPS tracking info once your package has shipped. Please note that after your order has shipped, Hello Ellie is no longer responsible for the item(s). Inquiries should be directed to USPS.
